[Bristol-Birds] White-eyed Vireo

I have a question. White-eyed Vireos used to be quite common around Phipps
Bend as I birded there, but this year I think I've heard one bird. The
habitat still looks good. Maybe I'm just tuning them out as I've been
looking a lot a dragonflies. Anyone else noticed any drop in their
encounters with them?
