Area Birders:

Dave Worley and Wallace Coffey birded for a few hours in the Bristol region,
Thursday (3/6).

At Green Spring Pond, just off Va. Rt. 75 in Washington County, we had
Redheads 8, American Wigeon 6, Ruddy Duck 1, Ring-necked Duck 11 and Canada
Goose 17.

We saw almost nothing of note at Musick's Campground on South Holston Lake.

We joined Larry McDaniel at the South Holston River Weir Dam which was
virtually void of birds.

Then we moved to Crumley's Pond off Paddle Creek Road in Sullivan Co., TN
where we had Wood Duck 14, Ruddy Duck 1, Pintail 1 male, Ring-necked Duck 1,
American Wigeon 26 and Green-winged Teal 2.

Let's go birding.....
