I birded about an hour late this morning in the Limestone area of
Washington County and chanced upon a couple of unusual species:
Warbling Vireo (2 on McInturff Road 0.1 mile north of East Bailey Road);
Savannah Sparrow (on McInturff Road 0.2 mile north of East Bailey Road).
While in the area, I also returned to Clark Road, where I had found
Solitary Sandpiper and Short-billed Dowitcher yesterday, but I could not
locate any shorebirds there today other than Killdeer.
