[Bristol-Birds] Virginia Rail downtown Johnson City?

Jogging around the downtown area of Johnson City I heard the antique car horn
call of a Virginia Rail. Might have come from that new park across from Tupelo
Honey, which has some wetland habitat. As Jeff Wilson used to say, "Just being
out there." Especially in September!
