I just got a text from a friend who has been watching several titmouses/titmice fly back and forth from under his patio table to the wooden deck surface. Once there they spread their wings, drop down to their chests and appear to sunbathe for a few seconds and then fly back under the table. Has anyone else observed this behavior? This was taking place at 3pm this afternoon in the blazing heat. Just curious...could be the obvious sunbathing or parasite control... Michelle King Blountville, TN Sullivan County
