I was at the ETSU ball fields this afternoon during light rain when a tern
came out of the sky and did a couple of laps overhead and then moved on.
Bird appeared really white with a long tail which made me think Forster's
(actually first thought was tropicbird) but the calls fit better with
Common. I did not have time to get to my car for optics.
