Dave Worley, Wallace Coffey, Rack Cross and Larry McDaniel
have agreed to travel together to the Tennessee Ornithological
Society's Annual Fall Meeting, Nov. 1-2-3 (Fri thru Sun), 2002.

We will leave about noon on Friday and return about 6 p.m.
Sunday afternoon.

The meeting is at Columbia, TN (south of Nashville). It is
hosted by the Mayfield-Gray Chapter of TOS at Lebanon.

The headquarters will be the Richland Inn (931-381-4500) and
they are holding a block of rooms. The room price is $54.36 total
per room per night, including tax. This means that if we have two
rooms with two of us to each room, that each person's room bill
will run a total of $54.36 for the weekend.

Registration is $3 per person for the weekend. Registration opens
Friday (Nov. 1) at 7 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

More details will be available on the TOS website www.tnbirds.org
but none are posted at this time.

Ron & Rose Lapp, also of the BBC, have plans to attend. If anyone
else would like to attend this weekend of good birding and would
like to coordinate travel plans with us, please post your intentions so
we will know what to expect.

At the present, there will be at least 6 members of BBC at the state
fall meeting.
