[Bristol-Birds] Swallow-tailed Kite

As unbelievable as this may sound at 8:45a.m. on Bull Mtn. in Buch. Co., VA I 
observed a Swallow-tailed Kite flying from the Southwest and toward the East. 
The bird circled twice at about 200 ft. above my head before turning and flying 
eastward. It was an adult with beautiful black and white plummage.
