Eared Grebe - 1, first this season (fall / winter).
Of note, this is the 23rd straight year that Eared Grebe has been
present at this site. Pretty remarkable. The high count here was
21 on 6 Oct 1996. Most recent years they have been harder to
find and occurred in low numbers (1-3).
