[Bristol-Birds] Steele Creek waterfowl

Yesterday (March 9) Chris O'Bryan and I observed a pair of Hooded
Mergansers on the lake at Steele Creek Park. They were present for most
of the day. This is only the second time this season that this species
has been spotted in the park, the last time being in the fall.
