Bristol Birders This was a good weekend for birding Steele Creek! On Fri. night the = family saw a Spotted Sandpiper on the beach. An early Sat. morning hike = up Slagle Hollow and across Ridge Trail brought sightings of the 'til = now elusive Scarlet Tanager (2 males/perhaps father son) and Ovenbirds. = This afternoon at the power line tower I discovered at least two House = Wrens. All of these birds were new to my Steele Creek list.
