Hello Bristol Birders,  We were away for the first half of September.  The 
following is a list of the more interesting bird sightings on our property.  
Sightings:   15 or more turkeys every day!
     9/16:  American Redstart, Pileated Woodpecker, Northern Flicker
     9/17:  Ruby-throated Hummingbird 2F, Pileated Woodpecker
     9/18:  Pileated Wodpecker, Killdeer, Ruby-throated Hummingbird 3F, Eastern 
     9/19:  Ruby-throated Hummingbird 1F, Eastern Phoebe, Chipping Sparrow
     9/20:  Ruby-throated Hummingbird 2F, Eastern Phoebe, Red-tailed Hawk
     9/21:  Orange-crowned Warbler, Pine Warbler, Magnolia Warbler, 
Ruby-throated Hummingbird F, Cedar Waxwing 1F & 2 Im
     9/22:  Ruby-throated Hummingbird 3F, Eastern Phoebe 2, Common 
Yellowthroat, Northern Flicker, Great Horned Owl
     9/23:  Nothing of note
     9/24:  Ruby-throated Hummingbird 3F
     9/25:  Ruby-throated Hummingbird 2F, Eastern Phoebe 2, Screech Owl
     9/26:  Ruby-throated Hummingbird, Eastern Phoebe 2
     9/27:  Ruby-throated Hummingbird 1F, Eastern Phoebe 2, Northern Flicker, 
Gray Catbird 3, Rose-breasted Grosbeak 4, Cedar Waxwing 1F & 2 Im, 
                  American Redstart  1M & 1F, Summer Tanager, Prairie Warbler, 
Yellow Warbler, Red-tailed Hawk
     9/28:  White-eyed Vireo, Gray Catbird 1, Pileated Woodpecker, Eastern 
Phoebe 2, Ruby-throated Hummingbird 1, Rose-breasted Grosbeak 1
     9/29:  Ruby-throated Hummingbird 2F, Cedar Waxwing 1F & 2Im, Cooper's 
Hawk, Eastern Phoebe, Pileated Woodpecker
     9/30:  Cedar Waxwing 3, Eastern Phoebe, Pileated Woodpecker, Chimney Swift 
10, Chipping Sparrow 1, Rose-breasted Grosbeak 1, Indigo Bunting 4

                          That's all!  I've been too busy to do the kind of 
birding that I would like, but I've been very involved in yard maintenance 
after our trip and commitments to our church activities.  Hope to gradually 
find more time for Bristol Birds as October progresses!    Hope all is well 
with all of you!
