[Bristol-Birds] Ross's Goose at Northeast State pond in Carter Co., TN

Nicholas Lorch found a Ross's Goose at the Northeast State Community College
pond at Elizabethton, in Carter Co. TN this morning (15 March 2014) just
before noon. He felt it was the same individual seen at Siam Bridge a few
days go.
Tom McNeil and Cathy Myers observed what is apparently the same bird at the
same location in late afternoon and believe it is the one found 9 March 2014
by David Kirschke and being seen by lots of other birders.
