"Young fledged today. 2 of 3 hatchlings - one was pushed out of nest two
weeks ago and disappeared. I originally thought only two young were present
but discovered two remaining on nest when the third, much smaller BWHA, was
on the ground. Photos of young and adults at nest over last few weeks plus
little guy on ground. Also photos of unwelcome Red-tail feasting on a
squirrel - very unusual vocalization from both species during this
encounter. Very short and lower pitched whistles from BWHA and almost
crow-like squawks from the RTHA."
