Carter Co., TN


highlights:
Acadian Flycatcher - 1, at 4040 ft. elevation, the highest I've ever seen.
Alder Flycatcher - 3, at Hampton Cr. Cove & Carver's Gap
Willow Flycatcher - 1, at Hampton Cr. Cove
Least Flycatcher - 4, including 1 nest-building

- - -  only place in state where 4 species of Empids regularly nest - - - 

Golden-wg. Warbler - 3+
Magnolia Warbler - 3 singing males in spruce-fir belt, possible breeders
Pine Siskin - 10+, at two sites where they have nested in past years
