This morning (2 Jan 2015), Ed Morgan saw a Ring-necked Pheasant in the alley
behind his
office in downtown Lebanon, VA, Russell County. He says he is confident
that the bird
was an escapee but it did act rather wild and was not coming up to him for a
hand out!
