[Bristol-Birds] Red-necked Grebe at Watauga Lake

I just received a call from Rob Biller. Fred Alsop just located a Red-necked
Grebe at Watauga Lake. Rob Biller and Tom McNeil had a scope and were able to
confirm it. They are viewing it from the overlook just before the parking lot
where boats are launched. This is before the upper Watauga Lake Dam Overlook.
