January 12, 2008 I observed the following today in Greene County: Gadwall (11--9 Kinser Park, 2 Guinn Drive); Northern Shoveler (2, Gravel Woods Road); Green-winged Teal (Kinser Park); Redhead (male, Kinser Park); Ring-necked Duck (Gravel Woods Road); Cooper's Hawk (juvenile, downtown Greeneville); Eurasian Collared-Dove (adjacent to West Greene High School); Red-breasted Nuthatch (Kinser Park); American Pipit (75, Bible's Chapel Road 0.2 mile east of Lick Creek); Savannah Sparrow (2); Dark-eyed Junco (4, Kinser Park); Rusty Blackbird (33, Green Road).
