Traveled through Carter County to and from North Carolina, stopping briefly a
few times. Observed the following:
Red-breasted Merganser (female, at Watauga Point)
Yellow-crowned Night-Heron (at nest, Sycamore Shoals State Historic Area)
Red-eyed Vireo (2)
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
Northern Parula
Black-throated Green Warbler (2)
Pine Warbler (at Watauga Point)
Black-and-white Warbler
Ovenbird
Hooded Warbler (3)
Chipping Sparrow
Don Miller
Greeneville, Greene Co., TN
