Area Birders,

Yesterday, I finally got to do some birding. I got most of my birds near a
fourwheeler trail that I made to my grandparents' house. They were actually
in the field below their house. The birds were out in full force. The
titmice, chickadees, and doves were so numerous, I couldn't count them all.
I haven't seen many goldfinches yet. Well, I'm going out right now to see if
anything new is out today. Below is a list of what I observed.

Pileated Woodpecker
Downy Woodpecker
Doves - numerous, uncounted
Tufted Titmice - numerous, uncounted
Carolina Chickadee - numerous, uncounted
Song Sparrow - 1
White-throated Sparrow - 1 ( burst out into full song)
Field Sparrow - 3
Dark-eyed Junco - numerous, uncounted
Eastern Towhee - 2
Northern Cardinal - numerous, uncounted

Also, some nights I have a chatroom on MSN. The website is www.chat.msn.com
To get to the room, go to the website. Then go to sports and recreation. It
will probably be on the first or second page. The room is named EASTERN
BIRDWATCHING. My screen name is bigun_75. I am on most nights any where from
6:00 P.M. and later.
