Could this bird be a young Blue Grosbeak? Perhaps fledgling.

  Folks,
Attached is a photo of a bird I found singing in a pine on top of Whitetop
Mt. by the radio towers (above 5,000 ft.) this afternoon. Initially from a
distance I thought it was a Junco, but the song was all wrong and it was blue
vs. slate colored among other things. Then I thought perhaps it was an immature
male Indigo Bunting molting from brown to blue (still my best guess). But
again, the song didn't sound right for an Indigo Bunting either and there is
white on the belly. Wish the photo was of better quality (light issues) and not
so grainy (distance of about 75 feet to the tree top). Thoughts/suggestions are
appreciated... Thanks....
