The birder sign in box at
Musick's Campground on
South Holston Lake has
received a new facelift.

Some of the old sign
plastic had seriously
deteriorated. The same
had happened to the
protective plastic cover
to keep rain out.

Mae Musick, owner and
manager of the campground,
just repaired and painted
the box.

The birder sign in box is a project provided for campground
owner Mae Musick and birders by the Bristol Bird Club.

The BBC built and erected the sign in box in Sept. 1997.
The club has collected and archived records from there for
13 years. Mae Musick provides the sign-in paper and pens.

Mae Musick is a lifetime member of the Bristol Bird Club and
the Tennessee Ornithological Society.
