CLUB STRUCTURE Larry related that since the March meeting questions have been raised regarding a) the affiliation of our club with a state/national organization, b) should the club be more formal, and c) creation of treasurer to handle monies. Following a lengthy discussion by members it was decided to maintain the current structures. If donations become available, the club will recommend making the donation to Steele Creek Nature Center for the butterfly garden or for exhibits. Sharon Foster agreed to serve as treasurer if the need arises to collect money for events/activities. 3. MANAGEMENT OF E-MAIL Larry presently has a list of 50+ names to whom he forwards sightings, pictures and announcements.
