A short walk at the unfinished trail near the pond at Erwin Fishery Park,
Erwin, Unicoi Co., produced a few birds, including Common Yellowthroat,
American Redstart, Eastern Wood-Pewee, Eastern Phoebe and several dozen Cedar
Waxwings. First and foremost, all the birds were actively foraging.

At the pond, several Mallards and about two dozen Wood Ducks.
