I have been checking the hawkwatch sites further north and they have reported
large numbers of Broadwing Hawks over the last 2 days. The outlook for the
Mendota Fire Tower location should be excellent for the next 3 days. Today and
tomorrow will hopefully have a few clouds mixed in with the sunshine so that we
will have a good backdrop to see the hawks. Come join us. The directions are at
