[Bristol-Birds] Mating Kestrels in Bristol

Sullivan Co.,TN /  Washington Co.,VA Area
Sam Cross and I accompanied  Wallace Coffey in the field today.  We  observed 
Red-tailed Hawks and American Kestrels in the blowing snow. 
The highlight of our outing was witnessing of a pair of mating Kestrels just 
outside of Bristol, TN off Cave Hill Road.
