[Bristol-Birds] Joint State Meeting Invites Scientific Presentations

The Tennessee Ornithological Society and Virginia Society of Ornithology invite
scientific presentations for its joint 2012 Annual Meeting, to be held May
18-19-20, 2012 in Johnson City, TN. Oral presentations should be 15 minutes
long, including time for questions, and will be added to the program on a
first-come, first-served basis until the schedule is full. The paper session
will be held 1:30-4:00PM on Saturday, May 19. The poster session will be held
5:30-6:00PM also on Saturday, May 19. Please submit the following information
about your poster or oral presentation to Andrew Dolby by no later than April
15, 2012 (email preferred):
1. Oral presentation or poster? (space is available for 10 posters)
2. Presenting author's name
3. Presenting author's contact information: postal address, email address,
phone number
4. Institutional affiliation (if applicable)
5. Names of co-authors (if applicable)
6. Title of poster or oral presentation
7. Brief abstract (200 words)
8. Audio-visual needs
