January's program will be a "Show and Tell" program. You can bring an item or items to share or send a nature photos in .jpg format only, that you would like to share with the rest of the members. You must be present for the meeting, as you will be the one explaining what you submitted. If you are interested, pick out the photos you want to share. The size of the photos should be anywhere from 1-5 Megs. I would then ask if you would place numbers from 01 to 12 and your initials in front of the name of the photos so they will be displayed in the proper order. As an example, if I have a photo named “duck.jpg” just rename it “01wwg duck.jpg” and so on. Next, you need to send these photos to me so I can assemble them for presentation. Share them with my e-mail address of wgrigs@xxxxxxxxx, sending them up to three at a time attached to e-mails to the same address. You also need to let me know how you want your name displayed on the first slide that will be displayed to start your series of photos. I will send a confirming e-mail to you that I have received your files in good order. If you do not receive a confirming e-mail within forty-eight hours after sending it, I probably never got anything so send me a note to check on the status. The deadline for submissions is January 10, 2015.
