[Bristol-Birds] Important policy change for Bristol-Birds subscribers

Bristol-Birders:
Effective immediately, each subscriber must take your own more active role
in the subscription process. Because of new Canadian legislation (and the
many thousands of list operated by FreeLists), the moderator of
Bristol-Birds will no longer be able to manage your subscription and
unsubscription for you. I regret this development.

Subscribe users
While FreeLists used to provide list admins with a means of subscribing
users manually, due to the CASL (Canadia Anti-Spam Legislation) effective
July 1, 2014, FreeLists will no longer safely offer this feature.
Subscribers must now take a more active role in the subscription process.
