[Bristol-Birds] Hooded Mergansers at Meadowview

Had a nice go around Kingsport this morning (Dec 5). Had two Cooper's
Hawks,a Red-tailed Hawk, and heard Pine Siskins at Oak Hill Cemetery (no
Merlin this morning). There is a group of about 30 Hooded Mergansers that
have been on the big pond alongside Reservoir Road in Kingsport for three or
four days.
