[Bristol-Birds] Herndon Bird Club Meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, April 3

The REGULAR APRIL MEETING of the Herndon Chapter will be held Tuesday, April 3,
at 7:00 p.m.. The meeting will be held at the Science Building (first floor,
first room on the right) at Milligan College in Elizabethton. Agenda items
include selecting a nominating committee for officers for the next year,
planning an April field trip, planning of the club Spring Bird count, and
information about the Warrior's Path State Park Spring Nature Festival April
20-22, the Roan Mountain Spring Naturalist Rally May 4-6, and the joint TOS/VSO
meeting to be run by the Bristol Bird Club at the Holiday Inn and Conference
Center in Johnson City Friday through Sunday, May 18-20. The Spring bird count
will be Saturday, April 28.
The meeting presentation will be given by Dianne Draper and Don Holt, who will
discuss birding done on random travels to Ohio and Michigan.
Prior to the meeting, some members will meet at Bellacino's Italian Restaurant
on South Roan St. (Food City Parking Lot) in Johnson City around 5:30 p.m. to
eat and socialize before the meeting. All are invited and welcome to the
meeting and to Bellacino's.
