[Bristol-Birds] "Harley" the Harlequin Duck still present

This morning at approx. 08:00HRS "Harley" the Harlequin Duck came flying
upstream to make a splashdown behind the Riverfront Seafood Company. I
heard birders throughout the day yesterday that had success locating the
duck executing what has become a pattern of behavior including resting by
the bank directly behind the restaurant and flying upstream to drift and
dive in the rapids before returning near shore for a break.
