Weather: Drizzle, overcast, winds at 10 to 15 from the east when we arrived this morning. The clouds disbursed and the winds dropped after 12. Raptor Observations: 13 Bald Eagles which is the highest daily total since I have been coordinator. We finally had a good kettle after 6pm with 2 groups of 46 and 48.
