Bristol Birders,

Michelle and I spent the day birding the mountain tops along the
Virginia-Kentucky border
today. Our first stop was Beaver Knob, a large reclaimed strip mine site where
we found
quite a few Grasshopper Sparrows as well as other species. We then spent the
rest of the
day birding the Breaks Interstate Park in Virginia. For those interested, here
is a link
to our trip write-up, pictures, and species list.
