[Bristol-Birds] Glade Spring CBC set for December 19, 2009

Hi Folks:
Just a reminder that the Glade Spring CBC, sponsored by the BBC, is set for
Saturday, December 19, 2009.
Area assignments will be completed at the BBC meeting next Tuesday, December
15. Here is the current list by area. Note that Tom Hunter, Area D leader last
year, will not be able to attend. He is the compiler for the Buchanan CBC,
which is on the same day. If want to participate, but do not plan to attend the
planning meeting, get in touch with me. My e-mail address is

The compilation dinner (covered dish) will be held the same day. The location
is Robin and Suzanne Reid's home, 106 W. Valley, Abingdon, VA. We start
gathering between 6:30-7:00 p.m. If you want suggestions as to what to bring,
