Peter Range & I birded a few spots today (Oct 13). 1st stop was at Meadowview
Marsh in Sullivan County where we had: Sora Rail, Swamp Sparrow, Ruby-crowned
Kinglet, Yellow Rump and Tenn. Warblers.
Our next stop was Bush Hog Pond in Washington County where we located: Snipe
(2), Great Egret, Blue-wing Teal, Mallard, Kingfisher, Palm Warbler and 18-20
Tree Swallows.
Other stops in Washington County proved to be very un-productive. Where are
the fall sparrows ?
