Area Birders,
A Fox Sparrow showed up at my sunflower feeder today. This is the first one
of the season at my feeder, but not the first one seen in the area this
season. The date of the first arrival at the feeder last year was Dec. 26
and the bird was present until March.
Other sparrows present today were 2 White-crowned Sparrows, 1 adult and 1
1st winter bird, a Song Sparrow and a Chipping Sparrow.

Enjoy the birds,
Roger Mayhorn
