[Bristol-Birds] First Warbler in Buchanan County VA

Area Birders,
Several Buchanan County Bird Club members have been watching and listening
for the first warbler of the season. Until this morning we had had no luck.
Today after a quick decision to do some birding my wife, Lynda, and I left
home early with car windows down, listening. We had almost gotten to the
bottom of our mountain, when the sweet notes of a Louisiana Waterthrush came
drifting up from the hollow below. We stopped and listened as the bird sang
several times. This is an early record by a few days of a waterthrush in
Buchanan County.
