Hi Wallace Coffey !
I'm not sure if you subscribe to the BirdKy listserv or not,
so I wanted to let you know that I sent the
below email out on the listserv today.

Feel free to pass this information on to BBC BTNVA
members. They are welcome to order books too if
they would like to.

See you in September!

Hello Birders !

As most of you know, Brian Wheeler will be the featured speaker at the Fall
Meeting at Pine Mountain State Park, September 17-19, 2004.

(more meeting information is at the bottom of this email)

There will also be a book-signing by Brian Wheeler at this meeting, so be
sure to bring any of his books to the meeting with you to have them signed!

Also, The Kentucky Ornithological Society is taking orders at this time for
any of his three newest books.

If you would like to order any of the below books to be paid for and picked
up at this fall meeting, please place your order right away with Kathy
Caminiti via email to krzy4owls@xxxxxxxx or call her at (859) 689-4166.

The book order deadline is August 26th to insure delivery before the
meeting.

Kathy will take the orders up until August 26th and then place the order for
that quantity only.

KOS will NOT have any extra copies available for sale at the meeting...only
those copies that have been reserved in advance for purchase. (except for
maybe just a very few of Book # 1 The Eastern Guide)

Brian Wheeler is a nationally renowned raptor expert and author of several
books and field guides. He will present a "light hearted show" covering
his recent travels to obtain images for his new Wheeler Guides. This
includes raptors and other birds of Colorado, Wyoming, Duluth, Cape May,
Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Mexico.
