[Bristol-Birds] Douglas Lake/ Rankin Bottoms/ Greenville 09/28

Andrew Block and I tried to find our way around the White Pine to Greenville 
area.  Highlights!  Douglas Lake/French Broad River:  Bald Eagle (2), Willet 
(1), Great Egret (12), Great Blue Heron (20), Ring-billed Gulls (6), Canada 
Goose (30), Double-crested Cormorant (20), Mallards (30), Killdeer (12), Cedar 
Waxwing (1), Palm Warbler (3), Rough-winged Swallow (15) and Belted Kingfisher 
(2).    Rankin Bottoms:  Rough-wing Swallows (6), Golden Plover (2), Killdeer 
(12), Blue-winged Teal (2), Mallards (2), Palm Warbler (8), Yellow-rumped 
warbler (1), Black-crowned Night-herons (2), Eastern Wood-pewee (1), Eastern 
Phoebe 
(1),  Hairy woodpecker (1), Tree swallow (2) and Belted Kingfisher (1).   
West Greene High School vicinity:  Tree swallows (2) and Eurasian Collared Dove 
(3).  John Moyle  Kingsport  Sullivan County
