[Bristol-Birds] Correct location citation for Rankin Bottoms or Rankin WMA

Bristol Birders: The term Hill Road in the post by Richard Blanton should
be changed to

Rankin Bottoms or Rankin WMA, if you are keeping records. This will help us
keep our

data collection consistent. I will try to stay alert to this important
technicality. Thanks to

Michael Sledjeski, the authority on birding Rankin Bottoms, for calling this
to my attention.

Wallace: Hill Rd. runs from just past Rankin Bridge (there's a WMA sign
there) to the WMA sign at the RR crossing - the roadway continues, but is no
longer technically under county jurisdiction. so the sightings location
should be considered as Rankin Bottoms or Rankin WMA. . . .
