[Bristol-Birds] Change Picnic Russell County Bird Club

The picnic for RCBC will be at the first boat ramp of Laurel Bed Lake instead
of the Dam. They started working on the Dam yesterday..
2:00 pm today Saturday 23 August.
Everyone is invited.
Bring your drinks, chairs and a covered dish or two.
Club will furnish hot dogs and hamburgers with all the trimmings.
Target bird is Bald Eagle, which we have only missed once over the years.
