[Bristol-Birds] Cattle Egret in Buchanan County, Va.

My neighbor, Ed Bailey, called this morning with excitement in his voice saying
he had a white bird in his cow pasture. I quickly went over to his place &
found an adult Cattle Egret feeding on night crawlers . This is a new record
for the county. Ed also has a nesting Killdeer & Belted Kingfishers on his
farm. He is getting more interested in birds & I am trying to convince him to
join our bird club. Ed has permitted us to place 5 Bluebird houses on his farm
& he always calls me when he sights an unusual bird. Good neighbor!
