[Bristol-Birds] Brown Pelican still at Ft. Patrick Henry Lake

Larry McDaniel called me before noon to confirm that the Brown Pelican was still at Ft. Patrick Henry Lake during mid-morning. It was observable from Hemlock Park Drive and has commonly been seen on a perch a few feet above the water next to the boat dock with the Green Metal roof.
