JOURNEY OF THE BROAD-WINGED HAWK, a migration that began in the White Mountains
of New Hampshire and ended in the jungles of Ecuador has resulted in an Emmy
for New Hampshire Public Television . The documentary received a Boston/New
England Emmy award for outstanding environmental program this past spring.
Looked it up in the schedule of East Tennessee Public Television and Blue Ridge
Public Television (for western Virginia) and cannot find it repeating. It
ran on July 12 on Blue Ridge and tonight on East Tennessee. Some of us missed
it but we all
appreciate Roy Knispel making the effort to inform us.
