[Bristol-Birds] Better directions to Breaks Park

If you are going to Breaks Park for the Field trip, take I-81, exit 14 and go
north on Hwy 19, thru Lebanon to Rosedale, VA. Turn left on Hwy 80, at the
traffic light, and follow 80 to the park.
This will save 30 minutes over traveling Hwy 80 from exit 24.
