[Bristol-Birds] Bald Eagle, American Coot, Gadwall, Brown Creeper Russell County

This morning I did some birding in the Lebanon, Elk Garden, and Clifton Farms
Road area of Russell County.
Highlights included:
Bald Eagle - Clifton Farms. It was a basic III transition immature. It had a
mostly white head with a dark knape and an Osprey like eye stripe and the tail
was mottled white. It was perched in a dead tree just past the Kents Ridge Road
intersection.
American Coot - On the small pond beside CGI in Lebanon.
Gadwall - 2 on Stuart's Pond at Rosedale.
Brown Creeper - Mountain Road.
Northern Harrier - Intersection of Rt 80 and Elk Garden Road
Eastern Screech Owl - Red morph - Resident on Mountain Road (Peggy's Owl).
American Kestrel - 7
Great Blue Heron - 9
Loggerhead Shrike - 1 at Forty Foot Bridge
