I don't have any details on specific injuries. Perhaps someone else in the
group knows more but an adult Bald Eagle was rescued from the river near
Riverfront Seafood Co. on Netherland Inn Rd in Kingsport, TN. Is there anyone
on the list actively monitoring a nest in that area? It makes me very sad that
this bird may have a mate and possibly eaglets depending on his return. I know
the bird was transported to UT for further treatment.
