The High Country Audubon's 1st Saturday of the month Bird and Nature
walk will be this Saturday as usual. Its at Brookshire Park along the
New River in Boone, is an easy walk, and usually lasts a couple hours.
The walk is free and open to the public.
As usual, meet at the restrooms/picnic shelter in the main parking lot
at 8AM, rain or shine. People have been seeing a couple gorgeous male
Baltimore Orioles lately, and all our summer birds should be out and about.
