February 19, 2008 I found two American Woodcocks this evening in the field behind Italian Village Restaurant in Greeneville. (This site is located on North Rufe Taylor Road, just off Highway 11-E on the eastern outskirts of town. It has been a reliable place to find woodcocks in late winter for at least eight years or so.)
